The scheme covers 100% of the cost of testing, assessing and repairing a home damaged by pyritic heave in the floor hardcore, at no cost to you.

What it is

Covers the full cost of testing, assessment and repair work if your home was damaged by pyritic heave in the floor hardcore. For owner-occupied homes built between 1997 and December 2013 in Dublin, Kildare, Meath or Offaly, with a Building Condition Assessment showing significant damage. Applications close 30 November 2026.
