Community Centre Investment Fund
Grants from €10,000 to €100,000 towards doing up a community centre, in two tiers: €10,000 to €25,000 for smaller works (95% funded), and €25,001 to €100,000 for larger projects (90% funded).

What it is
Capital grants of €10,000 to €100,000 to upgrade, refurbish and improve existing community centres.
Who can get it
- You are a not-for-profit community group that owns or runs a community centre used by the public
- The centre is an existing building, this fund is for upgrading and refurbishing, not building from scratch
- You can meet the small match-funding share, 5% on the smaller tier or 10% on the larger tier
- There are two tiers: Category 1 is €10,000 to €25,000 at 95% funding, Category 2 is €25,001 to €100,000 at 90% funding.
- You apply online through the MyPobal system when a round is open, and it is administered with your local authority.
- It covers works like insulation, heating, accessibility, kitchens, toilets and general refurbishment.
